Electrical problems

Has any1 faced a problem of electrical in 2000 galant where your windows stopped working after a headlight fuse goes off. I changed all the fuses but my windows still dont work. And the dealership says your wires have some grounding problems. Has any1 got any suggestions?

Open up the door and make sure the wires are still intact and arent frayed or ripped.
