auction possibility

I have found at an upcoming auction a white 93 cherokee sport 2wd, 4door with under 65,000 orig. miles. No frills, just air and radio. Engine looked clean, saw some evidence of leaks on the underside, but am not an expert.

Good buy?

Look into the leaks! I have a 1993 4x4 w/ 177k the only thing that leaked was a bad p/s hose. 14.00 At NAPA zero leaks. As far as price I would say about 2k-2.5k, at least that is were I live

Thanks for the input. I don't know if it is leaks, or just plain greasy on the underside. I really don't have much time to look into it because it is at an auction house.

Worth the risk?

Don't you think simply by being here and asking that question, that you've already answered for yourself? If you were really confident wouldn't you just be going for it?
