conversion Auto - Man

I am buying a 93 GT. it is an automatic. The tranny is shot, and i was looking for a stick. how hard would it be to swap those. obviously got the tranny, the pedal, and cylinder for the pedal. what am i missing, and how hard should this be.

very hard and time consuming and costly, best bet is just to buy a stick
