I'm helping my aunt with her 1984 Corvette, with cleaning/fixing it up and getting back on the road. 1st i would like to know if anybody knows of any websites that sell parts such as emblems, and replacement parts cheap, I've looked thorough ebay which has tons, and saw there are several webpages out there... any recommendations? 2nd question is their are a few spots where the paint has cracked, ( on the bumpers) is there any tricks that i should know, before i should attempt to do something myself. The car is white so it stands out more so then it would on other colors. Any info will be great appreciated

The two bigger websites for vette parts are ecklers (ecklers.com) and mid america (madvet.com)
FYI about bumper chips and cracks----the bumpers are urethane (soft), while the body is fiberglass. Not the easiest thing in the world to get the two materials to match 100%. There are aftermarket bumpers out there that are fiberglass; they do match up well. However, they aren't cheap and they're obviously not very forgiving! :2cents: Hope this helps.
