1990 accord exr front bumper

how the hell do i take it off? i got the screws on the inside of the wheel well but i cant seem to pop out the front signal lights above to fog lights :S how do i get them off?

The lower parking lights are held in with a screw inboard of the light on both the left and right sides. The screw goes in at an angle pointing outboard. It is not necessary to completely remove the screw to get the light out. The bumper is held to the frame with 4 bolts, 2 behind the lower parking lights and two above. One is below the battery and one in the same location on the left side. The bolt (stud) has a pointed top and you remove the nuts.
