anybody know of any good t-belt kits. the best one I found was from prostreet. I also know the importance of using factory parts but they are so fucking expensive. the belt and w-pump are $300. I still need the tensioner, idler pulley, and balance shaft belt. Anybody with experience on this topic. The prostreet website says they use these kits on all their race vehicles. I need to do this soon.

I'm going to suggest you make a new, more reasonable user name. I deleted your post in the intro thread because it was total bullshit.
Get your tbelt parts from a club DSM dealer, ours offers a 20% discount, or you could buy it from JNZ tuning (who used to be conicelli), or vendors. Kits are not offered by that many vendors because a timing belt job is different depending on the car.
The parts total should cost no more than $300.

I'm not sure but two dealerships told me $150 for the belt and $150 for the pump. the other parts were extra. I dont know if being in so.cali has something to do with it. I figure while I'm in there I might as well do the pump, tensioner, etc etc. I'm starting to question whether I should change everything, the vehicle has 45k but is a 95. the fact manual says 6 years or 60k. I'm 4 years overdue for the belts at least.

Your username was against AF Guidelines! Nothing in my Avatar states anything to do with that knife, just that I am smiling. Maybe some families collect knifes. Not everyone can see my avatar from the main forum page like they can with your username.
Dont question me on what I do. I do it for a reason. I've been here a lot longer than you have, I know the rules, and I also enforce them! If you have a problem with that, goodbye. I'm not here to nag and nit pick at people for no good reason. Your username was way over the line. If you feel differently, email the site owner about it and see if he buys your story. ************************** There ya go, be my guest, until he says differently, its staying banned!

Those prices are way too high. The pump is less than 100, I Want to say 90. The belt is 60-80, cant recall. Auto tensioner, 50 bucks. pulleys are 20-30 each. I would try another dealer if you can. Or order from someone like SBR, most of the parts in their kit are OEM unless I'm mistaken.
