Crank prob.....

I've finally overcome the fuel problem but now that crank won't turn. There was no smoke or metel sounds in the engine. The crankshaft will just not turn. I've managed to remove the bolt that holds the crank pulley, while trying to turn the crank itself. Could the problem be the rod bearings, piston rings....etc. I need answers quick. Thanks.
