I am getting ready to build a nice 69 camaro. Putting 540 engine, and need some advice on suspension. Looking for the best there is. Irs rear. Any one know any good kits. Money is not a factor at all. If there is no kit is there a suspension swap that can be done with a lot of fabrication?

Depends what you want to do. Imo if money isn't a factor you should get a:
Motor: LS6 bored out with all forged parts w/ twin turbo setup. (Easily 800hp)
Trans: Your preference of manual or auto
300 shot of the wet stuff
rear end: If you want just for the 1/4 get 4.10's if you want all around get 3.73's. Posi, no LSD =)
Thats what I'd do if I had your situation.

If money is no object go to www.lateral-g.net and www.pro-touring.com and i'm sure they can point you in the right direction. Why are you putting in a 540 and IRS? Will this be a drag car or a car built to handle. I'd go with a LS based motor (money no object wait and pick up a LS7) and go from there. Plenty of places can get independent rearends in 69 camaros, look up wayne due suspension or maybe detroit speed and engineering or places along those lines.

Glad money is no object because first gen projects can hit 50k+ in NO TIME.

For the supension, what is the price range that I will be spending if I have a fabrication shop install an irs and custom front suspension

I am really unsure but my suspension (planning on doing it this summer) will be in excess of 8k. Mine isn't "custom" either. I wouldn't run custom stuff, go with the places that have already put the R&D into it for you. There are several places that make bolt in front clips for the first gens (usually atleast 5k once everything is ready). I'm going with a coil over conversion and tubular upper and lower, poly bushings, sway bar etc..etc... for the front and a Hotrod to hell truck arm rearsuspension with a minitub and a solid axle. Probably go with a touringclassics C5 conversion for the front and rear brakes in my car, quick ratio power steering box and power booster for the brakes from hydratech...Should make the camaro handle like a slot car and come out much much less than all custom stuff. All that together approaches the 10k mark easy.
