Does anyone know where the ABS module/sensor is located in the 3.8 Intrigue? The dealership says they need to take apart the module/sensor to determine which is defective, if not both, and replace them, but I'd prefer not to be taken on a ride as to how much it will cost to "inspect"...as in if its on the top of the engine, i'm not gonna pay 500 for them to inspect it..

I don't have by car here right now so I couldn't tell you where the abs module is but I know the abs sensor is located at each wheel. They are built in to the wheel bearing assembly. If the dealership is saying that they are wanting to dismantle the sensor, they are feeding you a bunch of BS. They could possible be wanting to install a new wheel bearing to test but don't replace any that you don't have to cause they will cost you around $100 for the part alone.

nah they said specifically there was no readouts on the wheel sensors, and that it was either the module, or the sensor that controls the feedback from the wheels, which is attached to the module..
