If you drove out at a steep angle you wouldn't have as big of a problem. When I had my 17"s on my truck i drug frame just about every incline like that if i drove straight over.

Ah come on ... where's your sense of adventure?

How low does it sit when your on a level surface?

You think that's bad? I drove into my mate's driveway at 25mph, trying to loose a car that was following me from in front. Scraaaape!

My buddy used to have an old vw squareback...had almost no ground clearance. It scraped everywhere you went.

You know, it might help if you got rid of that fatty lip.

i live in missouri: 4th worst roads in the nation. The other day I hit a bump the size of a fuckin' BUICK. Scraped the bejeezus out of the bottom of my MR2. And I bought a genuine Veilside kit that's supposed to show up tomorrow. I'm a little uneasy about putting it on my car. I may just encase it in glass and set the whole thing on my mantle, for as muhc as it cost...

That's why everyone with a lowered car learns to drive over bumps, etc. at an angle.

Airbags = Gods answer to people who want thier cars to be low but occasionally go over speedbumps

Too bad they make cars handle like poo :(

My buddy torched his springs on his 61' chevy impala. He also has 14" knock off daytons. Whenever we go over speed bumps we all get out and help lift the car. He knows torching springs is bad he just wanted a temp solution. (he has the stuff to lower it correctly) You car would look better lowered, but as is it looks sweet no real need if its going to cause mass grief.

that, and air ride suspensions add like 400 lbs of extra weight to the car.

my car's 1.5" lower than stock and i have no problems. there's a difference between slightly lowering your car and slamming it to the ground.
