child lock inside doesn't open from outside

my 95 metro's back doors don't open from the outside. but on the pasanger side the child lock is on so now that door doesn't open at all

any advide ongetting it open and getting the doors fixed?

I havent had this problem in a metro , but on an older car I had the same problem. I had to take the back seat out and pull the door panel to get to the latch .
