R32 turbo upgrade question

Im looking for a turbo upgrade for my r32 gtst.......i hear that people usually go with the HKS 2530 or the HKS 2535.....how much boost could the stock internals handle??? also does anyone know of another option besides HKS that is not so expensive let me know thanks
