Two quick questions

Hi all,
I am new here, and I have a friend who has a '88 Mighty Max.
It's running rough and it's Check Engine light is coming on.
I just need to know two things:
Where is the ECU on the '88 Mighty Max?
How do I get the codes off of the ECU?
Also, I need the list of codes for the ECU.

to get the codes off the ECU, take it in to your local mitsu dealership and ask them to get the codes. They will normally do it for real cheap.

or better yet, you can find the plug to get the code yourself. Your best bet is to go to your local auto parts store and by a Haynes/Chilton manual for the truck and also a multimeter to pull the code. That's how I pulled my codes...
