Shop #!: Grumpy's Auto Repair
Everything that is unfixable replaced, etc...paint: $2,087

Shop #2: -Something- Collision Center
The guy was kind of an asshole and just told me upfront it'd be about $2800-3000. The place was more professional looking than Grumpy's.

Shop #3: Maaco
Were closed so they asked to keep my car overnight and will call me tomorrow with an estimate. I'm guessing they will do it professionally and will cost around the same as store #2.

Seeing as how I bought the car for $1500...eh, I'm leaning towards selling it off and buying something else. I really don't want to pay more for the damage than I paid for the car itself, and only having $250 in the bank at the moment I don't have many options.

Should I buy a new car or sell this one for/as a parts car?

By eBay you mean sell -every- part individually, or just put it up for auction and say something like "parting out"?

I already ahve an Ad on DSMTrader but that's for when it wasn't fucked up, lol. I need to go edit that now.

Strip it down/part it out... If I had a place to put my old car I definately would have done a buy back from the insurance company and parted it out...

Yeah totally man. You will get a decent amount if you part it out. More than if you sold it as a complete unit especially.

Good luck!!

I don't even know if I have the tools to strip it down...I'll just have to see what's hiding in the garage.

Thanks for the input.

Maybe just an ad for the car that says something like "Every piece is on the car except: ;;;;; and name off the fucked up pieces on the front end. So then I could just take the parts off as people asked for them....

Yea or Nay?

By the way, Maaco called while I was at work and said it would be $1,882.
