Class Action lawsuit?

Does anyone know if there is a Class Action Lawsuit against GM for their defective intake gaskets?
My 2000 Montana is the lastest victim. My local repair shop advised me that my 1999 Suburban is probably next as this is not isolated to just 3.4 liter V6.

I haven't heard intake manifold issue with engines other than 3.1 and 3.4
If your Suburban is V-8 it is pretty safe bet it is OK
