my 1995 keyless entry

On my 95 silohouette my keyless entry stopped working how/can i reprogram it? Or would it be best to go and buy a new remote.

We have a 95 Olds Silhouette. We had a problem that the driver's door would no longer unlock with the key fob. My husband replaced the actuator and the switch and it still did not work. Had a mechanic look at it and it ended up being a ground wire that was broke. He fixed it for $65.00. Good Luck!!!
