Cant find draw

Well I have tried damn near everything and cant find the root cause of a draw! I have it narrowed down to one wire that has an enormous draw on it! The thing of it is, I believe it is hooked to the solonoid and is an ignition wire! It also has a fusible link on it!
1) Is there any possible way the fusible liknk is fubar?
2) The car has had a mass air installed and did work fine for 2 years
3) IF I REMOVE THE ECC COMPUTER THE DRAW GOES AWAY TOTALLY? COULD IT BE THE ACTUAL COMPUTER?
