Does anyone make a Porsche911(996)Turbo

The only kits that I know exist are the GT3 and the normal Carrera.
Does anyone know if a 1/24 scale model of 911(996)Turbo was ever produced? I wish I could workout how to add a picture but even after reading a post about this I'm still completely useless! lol

Yes it was made by Italeri, not in range any more but I think Ebay sounds good enough.

I'm affraid you're wrong. Italeri did make a 911 turbo, but that was the 993 model, not the 996.

I have the 993 turbo. Does this mean that this model Porsche doesn't exist?

if you want one, you're gonna have to mod a GT3 kit.

Mod one? Way beyond my very limited abilities unfortunately! I have enough trouble building a kit straight from the box to an acceptable standard! lol

well, try it, who knows you might pull it off. as for a model of it, the best one so far is made by Autoart, 1:18 diecast though. good luck!

While Tamiya et al have ignored the 996 Turbo, Auto Art may be the savior. Their website shows a new series of 1/24 scale slot cars and digital radio control cars. Quite an impressive list, including GT2, 997, GT3 RS, Murcielago barchetta, rally cars etc. Their Gallardo slot car in 1/24 is already out, and it looks pretty nice-including driver and passenger figure.
