Does anyone have any information on this swap? I would like to put at 3rd gen motor in my 92, is it possible? simple? I've searched and suprisingly come up with nothing. any help is appreciated.

It is not only possible but becoming more and more popular. We just did one this past summer in an '89 4Runner. We got our motor from a place called Central Foreign in Co for about $2000 an then we used a custom conversion wiring harness and swap kit (the hardest part if you were to do it on your own) from a company also in Colorado called Off-Road Solutions (aptly named!) They make kits ranging from a stand alone harness for about $650 to a complete all-inclusive kit for about $2000 I believe. This swap is well worth every penny, your truck will be stronger than ever before!
