Studder

Hey guys i think i close to a stumper. I just recently bought a 95 tsi fwd. I replaced the plugs and wires(NGK)'s. And i still have the same problem as the day i got it. When accelerating between 1,000 and 3,000 rpms the car seems to studder and wont accelerate hard at all. It jumps and jerks sounds terrable. After 3,000 rpms it pulls hard and every gear runs great. And some time if i red line 2nd it to 3rd it seems to studder as soon as i get it in to 3rd. Any Ideas guys

what kind of mods are on your car. please put them in your signiture box. did you gap the plugs correctly? cleaned the fuel system? 02 sensor might be bad. any leaks?

Well i just recently got it like i said its a 95 talon tsi fwd. What i was told is that it has a ACT 2100lbs clutch streetlight fly wheel limmited slip diffrential and rnr cat eliminator down pipe with rnr catback exhaust, Both 3". Ill add all that to my profile. But here is what it did today. I put my friends hks(BOV) on it and its stll on, but now it still seems to studder pretty bad in the low rpm's just like it did, and now when i get into 3rd gear sometimes it studders but now 3rd gear is terrable with the (bov) sometime mostly alot when i floor 3rd it takes of nice but all of a sudden it jerks hard real hard it feels like i slam the breaks on. I have no clue.

Are you venting your bov? Buy the recirculating kit for the bov or make one, its quite easy, :)
