neon ?

I have a little problem my girlfriend have a dodge neon and she would have the replica in miniature (model kit) tell me where Ican found one. and I want to make underbody neon how ca I make this

This is the only thing I've seen that's even remotely close. This guy modified the heck out of thi original kit, but I still have no idea where he got it to begin with...

I've never thought about taking a pic of the radio and gauges and then shrinking them, printing them, and then putting them in a model.

I think it is a promotional model,if it's one can I go to a dodge dealership to have one

For underbody neons, I have been told that you can use the plastic fiberoptic threads and lightly sand them to make the light show thru the side then use flat black to cover the areas where you do not want light. I have never tried this, but it sounds like it would work. The other option would be using a series of small LEDs.
