It's possible to do anything with the right amount of $. It's completely impractical and will require a ton of fabrication. I highly doubt anyone's every done it before, so there isn't going to be any how-tos or info on how to do it.

well i have about 5000 so will that be enough for motor and labor cost

No way in hell. It can cost around that to get the h22a into a Honda Civic. You're probably looking at somewhere around $10,000, probably less but maybe more.

Good luck. The swap is possible, but I would assume that you'll run into a lot of trouble when it comes to the ECU and wiring.

i know no one has done this before and ill be the first and i can get the motor and tranny and ecu for under 3k so how much would labor be the other 2k i have will that be enough?

Labor for a project like that is probally gonna be a lot. Personally if I was a mechanic, I wouldn't give you a price until it was done, seeing how as their two totally different pieces. Ya know, kinda like sticking a square in a round peg as a kid....
