outside back door handle on 90 model taurus is broke. wont open from inside. is there any way to open door ? window is off track and wont roll up, cant get door panel off to fix window because door wont open. maybe dynamite?

It is possible to pull the door panel from the inside of the car, but you have to remove the back seat. Then you should be able to find the rod that goes to the latch mechanism and get it open that way. I would disengage the child safety lock so you can open it from the inside from now on ;)
