Question about flushing break fluid

I'm planning on flushing the break system, what is the best way to do it?

Do i have to open all 4 drain at the same time or what?

Is ABS and break have diff system?

I would seriously have a shop do it.

Bleeding brake systems is not for the novice.

Besides, you need a tech 2 unit to open the abs...
