Anyone know what it would take to add int. wipers and possibly keyless entry to my base SOHC 2.3 '93 GA SE? Keyless wasn't even an option, so i don't know if the wiring would be there or not... As for wipers, would i just need the stalk and a new motor or...? I'd love to see what I can do, but not capable of spending much on trial and error... LOL... Anyone know more about these things? Any comments or help would be so much appreciated...

for the int. wipers you can buy the all pupose switch to wire in yourself but i wouldnt recomend for the fact that the one i had used had made the whole wiper system buggy after a year.

As for the keyless you can add it to the vehicle. If I'm not mistaken, the keyless is available as a complete kit that is seperate from any existing systems or wiring. You will have to run your own wires to the doors. It is not dificult, I used to install accessories years ago. You will endup attaching the solenoid to the metal rod between the dooe lock and the latch assembly. Hopefully things have changed since I did the installs at that time we used small hose clamps to attach the solenoid rod to the lock push rod with any luck they will have made a plastic clamp or something.
Anyway, the toughest part is going to be getting into the door itself. Since it is a seperate system the wire hook up will be simple everything else is contained within the keyless system.
Good luck, and don't hesitate to fire back any questions about the install, I'll help in any way I can.

If your doors already have electric locks, it's fairly easy to install the keyless entry. You can even buy the system at Walmart
