tranny prolem

So I got a problem with my trans when im sittin still i try to put it into gear and a get this loud grinding sound....any gear i put it into i get it(manual trans.) any thoughts...

your synchros are done. Try this, when shifting gears put clutch in, pull out of gear, let clutch out, put clutch in again, put tranny in gear and let clutch out. It should help cut down on the noise a little bit and is easier on your tranny. Anyhow, you either need to get your tranny rebuilt with new synchros or just replace it.
