Hey I wanted to know what the best exhaust would be for my 240. Here's a list of future mods:
S14 engine swap
Blitz turbo kit
I mainly want a high performance exhaust, not a ricey sounding one, but one that says "Im faster then you"

This topic has been covered many times. Go to search and type in Exhaust and read up on old threads. RSR ex-mag seems to be one of the favorites, and the Apexi N1 series as well.
P.S. Dont be mad when logik23 lets u know what he thinks.
EDIT: By s14 engine swap you mean the sr20, right???

i plan on getting the RS-R ex-mag but not the coffee can exmag 2
the exmag 1 is 3" and looks subtle and sounds awesome so thats what i will probably recommend
otherwise hks, a'pex, blitz nur-spec, greddy ect. any of the top brands should be comparable

Nah, there's no point getting mad, they never learn, like he said, check old threads, I dunno what you mean by a "high performance exhaust", with a turbo, a ricey sound won't be an issue, have you driven a turbo'd car before? If not why do you think you need a Blitz kit? Why don't you get the Blitz Nur exhaust? It's made to go with the Blitz kit, you should think about these things before posting!! ....damn...

I warned you in advance cuz most newbs just start asking questions to learn (like u should do if you dont know something) but without researching or doing there part of job and expect for the answer to come on a silver platter.
And the reason that I knew he would respond like that is because since I've been here since February there are alot of stupid people, no offense, that ask questions like that. Had you started "I've been looking around...They told me at the shop..." and so on you wouldn't be just another typical newb.
Not trying to get on your case just trying to explain where the regulars are coming from.
BTW stick around and you'll get more info here than just about anywhere else.

Yeah, now that I know you're not an ass, the Apex'i N1 is good quality and cheaply priced, the RS-R Ex-Mag is really quiet and looks like a stock exhaust, the Blitz Nur-Spec is apperently very good sounding and well made, the HKS Hi-Power sounds good, deep and throaty type sound, but it's not full SS which might make it wear out prematuarly. BTW, nice car in your avatar...reminds me of one I've seen before....

RSR exmag is very popular, Apexi N1, HKS probably has a nice exhaust that you could pick out. And i dont even see a car in his avvy?

Dont waste your time on Crap...
if your gonna spend the money on a Blitz Turbo you should spend the money and get a Yashio (450$) or a Blitz Nur Spec (550$).

Anyone here show me a name brand exhaust that sounds ricey on a performanced biased turbocharged car. Any powerful car with tasteful mods for performance gains is gonna sound good no matter what.
Go big. No worries about smooth flow for a turbocharged car. Turbulent flow is helpful. So a nice 3" turbo-back is gonna work out very well. I like my N1.

On a NA engine, yes. Turboed, not really. Its a nice agressive sound. But you can get a silencer and it is near stock sound for NA. I wouldn't advise using it on a turbocharged car. Doesn't make much of a difference anyway.
Loudest thing on my car is open dump.lol
