my grampa gave me one yesterday after dinner, i took it home and put it in my room. i used it for 10 minutes last night and it seemed fairly easy
to use. well this morning i got up, i used it for 45 mminutes and done over 250 crunches. i had my shirt off and i could see the muscles in my stomach a working, im a little sore right now, but i couldnt do 10 cruntches on the floor, so im excited with getting close to 300 in without a problem, i done the sit ups too, and the swivel like motion.

Any of you guys have any tips, or would like to share your experiance with me?

Do you mean you cant do 10 crunches without it? If so then I dont know if that thing is doing THAT much work then if your able to do 250 the first day. I could have misunderstood though, anyway good luck with it, I dont really like the idea of all these thousands of ab products but if it works for you then keep on keepin on.

my back hurts really bad when i do it on the floor. but after 3 days of using it my stomach feels tighter, and also i have noticed that when im working on it, i can see a line down the center of my stomach, it wasn't there a few days ago, so it must be working, im working out 45 minutes to an hour on it and my mid section is sore right now. I plan on keeping it up.

Are you doing any lower back strengthening work? If your back muscles aren't up to scratch, it will throw your muscle structure out of balance.

Well there is no such thing as localized fat loss. You might get more tone but you wont loose any size just by doing crunch type exercises. The best way to loose some gut is by diet and exercise, im not saying you have to go on a hardcore diet or run 10 miles every day but doing those things is the only real way to loose fat.

:werd: You will have awesomely strong muscles behind the layer of fat if you keep going - making it sit further out! Insanity. You need to do some cardio and cross training to lose the fat then strengthen and tone.

well im not fat, i was 245 pounds a year and a half ago, im now 180 and i have went from a size 44 pants to a 36. so i have come a long way. i used the power 90 exersice program to tone up, and my body shrunk to its noramal size, but my stomach has a blubber spot, its not a beer gut, just a little belly fat. hopefully by summer time i will be fit for the pool. i was embarressed to get in the pool summer before last and desided to take a stand. one of my good friends always throws a pool party first part of the summer and i plan on going to it this year
