EGR Blocking?

Just skimming through eBay i saw this:

Says that it'll block off the EGR...im guessing its a plate that goes over where the EGR sits? Anyone see this ? do this? :confused:

yeah i noticed abunch of shit like thaat on ebay with all those things advertised it says u can like 50HP, that doesnt seem like a safe thing to do when the shit ur buying is only $10.00. so thats M.O
