Resetting Fonts in IE

I feel like an idiot asking this, as it seems simple, but I am stumped
I have IE 6.0 at work and for some reason all the fonts are screwed up, and the sizes too. Like my sig for example, I cant read the words cause of the wierd looking font and its seems SUPER small (yes I know it is supposed to be small, but its really small on my screen) . I am having similar problems with other sites, so I know its not AF related.
So, does anyone know how to reset font types and sizes in IE 6? No matter what I try, it doesnt seem to work and its frustrating. I chose "Accessibility" from "Internet Options" in the Control Panel (WinXP Pro) and told it to ignore sizes and types, then I can read everything, but everything is the same size, and it looks dumb.
Maybe if I get some sleep that will help :(
Thanks in advance..

Click on view across the toolbar. For the text size, select Text Size, then medium is usually the default. For the font, select Encoding. Western European (Windows) is usually the default.

Yep, I knew it. Very simple, but it worked.
Someone had messed with the "Encoding" Settings and the "Text Size". As soon as I set the size back to medium and the encoding to Western European (Windows) as per your instructions, it was all better.
Thanks kbs. :)
