B18a + EG/EH + Revhard = 12sec?

Do you think this setup will haul for a 12 sec 1/4? Which year B18a's are obd1 and would the bolt right in to the EG/EH engine bay. is the B18a a really weak engine that couldent handle boost unless major engine work was done? I believe I could get a B18a for VERY cheap so Im just wondering. and didn't the EG4 in japan come with the B18a? anyways thanks for the help, PEace

They'll all bolt in but 94+ is OBD2.

No, they came with a B16A. If you're gonna spend that much money, I'd suggest you start with a better engine.

No, they came with a B16A. If you're gonna spend that much money, I'd suggest you start with a better engine.
