suggestions for my 97 civic

I have a 97 civic 4d lx and its black. I am not turning it into a thing of beauty or a racing machine I'm just trying to make it my own unique car. So far here are my plans: black altezza taillights, tint the windows to a very dark black, get a fiberglass packed muffler(want it purple, but most likely red), halo projector head lights also black, find 14" alloy wheels at a junk yard that fit my tires and lugs, stainless steel headers, cold air intake, and maybe lower it two inchs but thats just a maybe, purple LEDs in the car for the front seats, i already have new front and back speakers that i got on crutchfield, maybe a new cd player and console, new brakes soon(freebies from my parents). Ok those are my plans but i have limtied funds, about 35 a month plus anything else i can scrape up. So i am just lookin for advice on cheap stuff i can do to my car to make it my own machine.

make some good red clear tail lights from the 99-00 civic coupes. they is pimp. so get the clear lights off ebay or whatnot and spray on that red tinting spray junk, ive heard its good. just get a regular chrome muffler. get some 15 inch rotas and tires, will cost ya 900 bucks. halo lights will most likely burnt out the leds and such, plus the wiring. forget the headers and intake, jsut save ur money and go for a whole turbo kit, u can make one urself http://www.cse.uconn.edu/~yelevich/turbo/turbo.html

make sure when u lower your car to get springs and shocks, or else u WILL regret it. plus get it installed at the same time, itll save money.
