Rings

well to start i have a 93 laser with the 1.8 and recently i found i have an oil leak i was gonna replace the front main seal and oil pan gasket but thats gonna take my whole paycheck and after i got to thinking i thought i should take care of the bigger problem 1st my car has started to smoke and i wanna stop this shit.. does anyone know around or about how much it would cost to get the rings replaced?

Have you done a compression check first before thinkin it is the rings? Most likely it is the rings but... best to check first...
As for the cost... call some local shops to get some estimates...

well all the shops here are close (sunday) so thats why im asking if anyone know around/about how much so i can get an idea and go from there.
