Swapping V6 80's F100

Can anyone tell me if the auto tranny in a mid 80's v6 f100 will bolt up to a 300- 6 or even the 302/351w series? I have a line on the aforementioned truck & want to know what I'm up against in fixing the blown motor. Thanks

engine swaps are not for the weak. it will work if you change bellhousings, engine mounts, and a multitude of other things. 302 would probably be easiest.
