Need advice on a lowering kit!

Which from the choices below you think is affordable and more effective when lowering a 2001 civic coupe EX by 1-2" that has a Jackson supercharger in it:
1-using adjustable shocks that can be used on the original springs of the car (eg. Koni's)?
2-using fixed sized lowring spring on the original car dampers (eg. eibach)?
3-using Ground Control Adjustable Springs on the original damps of the car (eg. skunk2)?
4-using a whole new damper coil over kit, new dampers and springs that can be adjusted in height (eg. H&R springs, Apexi, B+G)?
which choice from the above you think will be affordable and lasts long enough?
By the way some one told me that if i lower my car in the same rane above i dont need a camber kit, especially when i lower the car by 1 inch. Is that true?

when ever u buy springs with higher spring rates, u better upgrade ur struts. if u don't then ur struts will wear out faster and ur ride may be bouncy. if u only lower about an inch ur not altering the camber angle much and may be ble to get away without a camber kit
