I would check the CTS (coolant temp sensor) first. If its not right it might not be supplying enough extra fuel when its cold. Does it run fine after its warmed up?

Also over time, the Idle Air Control can become plugged up from carbon from the crankcase vent.
It's easy to clean the IAC and the throttle body, with a spray can of carb cleaner and an old toothbrush.

leave it run for a few minutes (if it has manual choke leave it out) and then try puttin it in gear. My car was running sluggish for the first 5 or so minutes and wouldnt idle with the choke in so i reset the carb settings and all is fine

I would agree for carbureted cars, but crazyc says its EFI (no carb) .

hello everyone, took t-bird to shop and they have replaced every sensor on the top, sides, front, and back of motor.they put it back on computer and it still showed sensors were bad.I think the computer in the car has gone on the blits.if anyone has any idea what it could be i would greatly apprecate it.
