Ranger wheels on an Aerostar?

Since the Ranger and the Aerostar are/were the same chassis, will the wheels from a Ranger fit an Aerostar? I'm talking 15 inch wheels and no larger then that.

But nothing fancy either. I'd like to have the chromed wheels from a later model 2wd Ranger.

Yes Ranger wheels will fit.And you can get them in 15in. and 16in..If you are looking for bigger and inexpensive,I suggest you call your local auto recyclers.Ask for Ranger fullsize spare tire rims.They are black in color and cheap, I'ts also a good place to get great tires for a quarter of the price of new.
