Uh...

Can someone please help me out here?..i'm new here..and i don't know what Poll is so i accidently used it...and i don't know how to take it out....
anyways..i just wanted to know how a turbo really works..cus everyone just talks about the basic stuff like it works cus of the exhaust flow and crap...but i really want to know it really works...such as..how do you set the turbine to spin at a certain speed due to the exhaust flow usin the boost controler?...like makin the turbine spin faster or slower than the exhaust flow...and i want to know how a boost controler works....peeps have told me its cus of the waste gate..but i want to know more than just that...and how a wastegate works...
Oh and one more thing....what is fuel cell...what is it for and what iss it good for?...
i know i may sound retarded...but i'm just willing to learn...
