Timing chain?

Yo, I'm gettin this crazy noise coming from the side of the engine. I think it might be the timing chain. I was told that the timing system needs to be replaced. I just recently replaced the timing belt and the noise disappeared for a minute(2-3wks) and now it's back annoying the snot out of me. Does the system need to be replaced to get rid of the screeching noise

might be a tensioner on your serpentine belt. Alternator or see if the noise is associated with the A/C compresor cycle, that will let you know if its the compresor.
