power window problem

Hi all! My Dad owns a 2002 Buick Regal and the warranty passed out 2 days ago... Since yesterday, the power window of both back seats(right and left) isn't working.. we try to open each window directly from the door it doesn't work.. if we try from the driver's door, it doesn't work either...

We checked all doors, all wires, all fuses.. everything is fine...

We need help...

Ohh btw, when we try from the driver's door.. we hear a little cliking noise coming from the dash...

Please help..
