Today my Aurora's Charging system was working just fine. Untill i got back in it later today. After starting it up the volt light on the dash board came on. Shortly after the DIC stated to check the charging system. So i scroled through the DIC and all i was getting for volts was 11.6~11.8. I beleave My alt. jest died does this sound right. After reading through some posts i went and checked the ground at the battery and the motor ground but all were tight. any idea's before i fork out the cash for a new alternator.

You can check the votage in the battery with a voltmeter (ignition off) and compare it to the voltage in the battery with the ignition on thus the alternator charging. :2cents:
