96 Civic Cigarette lighter fuse

I blew the fuse to the cigarette lighter power adapter thing. I can't seem to fine the fuse! I've looks under the dash, but still can't find it.

Um, you can't find the fuse or the fuse panel? The fuse panel should face you as you look at the driver's side underdash. The door probably won't stay on it to begin with. As far as the fuse, the one you're looking for is in the fuse panel under the hood, close to the firewall on the passenger side. It's got a diagram as to which is which on the underside of the cover. If you don't have the proper tool to test fuses and you end up having to pull all of them and check them visually, more than likely it'll be a yellow fuse (20A) or maybe a blue one (15A). Replace it with the same amp rating.
