you want to stay away from both audiobahn and boss, neither make anything worth buying IMO.
If you want to upgrade then we can help you, we just need to know your budget and what amp you're using.

you dont want a 4 channel amp if your going to be powering a sub. and Audiobahn sucks... go to reaudio.com they got good stuff. how much are you going to spend on the amp? look into hifonics they got good cheap amps that put out a lot of power...

If the sub is dual 4ohm that amp would work alright, but if the sub is of any other configuration you're going to want to change amps or you'll be wasting power. That Boss module is a waste of money, just about any decent amp is going to have a built in lowpass filter that you can use to limit the sub to subbass frequencies, so that Boss unit wouldn't be doing anything for you.

You do not need that crossover. The amplifier has an on-board Low-pass AND High-pass filters. That amplifier wouldl work to power the 6x9's and one dual 2-ohm subwoofer.
Check out:

Yep. DEI Extreme 12" subs are only $49 a piece. They are not like a Orion H2 but very well built and great for the money.

look at NGSM's reccomendation. Also I would stay away from the profile amp..... go with the CA, AP, or CL lines from profile.

if it is a dual 4 ohm it will have 2 positive and 2 negative connections, wire them in paralell (hook all positives together and all negatives together) and it will be a 2 ohm load on your amp
