Qs from a prospective mkIII owner

i know you guys get sick of this, but, im still considering cars to buy by the end of this summer.

Ive heard about the insane reliability and big hp numbers some of you peeps have been pullin out of your mkiii's.....so i had a few questions

1. what model do you recommend? what price range do they generally run?
2. its my first time buying a car, can you finance one from that far back easily?
3. hows insurance, im 16......so its gonna be a b*tch, but still
4. a big one, the only thing that kinda has me wondering is the looks of the car, what body kits are out there?
5. hows the maneuverability? practical on the backroads? im sure it is, i mean lots of firebirds and camaroes down here so it shouldnt be any harder but i still thought id ask
6. what 1/4 numbers are you peep pullin in your mk3s?
