Check at www.newcelica.org. I think I saw one on there with ecu and 6 speed tranny for $3000.

I have a 2ZZ-GE front clip for sale without transmission
engine is 22k miles when car was salvaged. Everything you want is included except the 6spd manual transmission. You can get the transmission easily for less than $1000.

i use to have a salvaged 00 gts, great car, but well until it got trashed...
