2000 Beetle in dash stereo removal

How do you remove the stereo? the idiots at the local vw dealership did not put my stereo in the right way and i would like to fix this. i don't have the time to drive the 45 minutes it takes to get to the dealer to fix this.

i think you need a special tool but i'm not sure what it is or where to get it.

You need the 2 special radio removal tools that the dealer has to take it out. Cant get the radio out w/o the keys.

They are available on eBay. Do a search on "VW radio removal" or "BMW radio removal".
