The Problems and Solutions to my New Pac

Ok, the gear shift tape in my car had ripped because the "Chrysler Rep" before me spilled something on it. Well I found out, after doing some research, that my 2005 Pacifica MAY have been a rental car. Well needless to say I was VERY mad. Well my sales rep realized the trouble they were in, both losing me as a customer AND the legal ramifications of full disclosure and got the General Sales Manager involved.
At first he offered me free oil changes for 3 years, which was unacceptable, then we looked at real options.
1. The other Pacifica they had, 2004 Blue AWD (not an option because it may also had been a rental)
2. A brand new 2005 Dodge Durango SLT (was way too much a month)
3. New Warranty for Me.
I ended up taking option 3, a free 7 year 75,000 mile Bumper to Bumper warranty. (The 5007 Max Chrysler Warranty with the 100$ deductible) Which was a VERY good solution to our problem.
Earlier this week Norris had lost me as a customer because of their service and this incident, after today I am very happy with their service and I will continue to do business with them.
IN FACT, they looked at the interior after fixing the gear shift tape and, I mentioned the center console latch was sticking, the General Sales Manager said "Order him a new cover and just replace the whole part". He then looked in the vehicle and noticed that it was never REALLY cleaned to look new so he threw in a Full Detail on my entire car, inside and out. About a $650 value.
Thank you Norris for realizing how important EVERY customer truly is.
