better MPG

does anyone make headers for my 97' 3.4 taco, and will it pass CA. smog test? Im trying to do anyting to get better gas mileage. how about a cold air intake. anyone done all this, and got better MPG?. BTW Im getting 250-260 per tank full. thanks.
