Inline 6cyl 200 needs new carb

The shop tells me there are no more after market carbs for this motor, nor carb kits, so for the last two repairs they have modified other parts. I just want to verify this is true? Im saving to drop a 302 in. Dont think anything bigger will fit but unfortunately I need something that works in the meantime. this is my first restoration and it is a rolling restorer at that.

I believe they are correct. You might want to go to www.stangnet.com and ask those guys on the classic forum. They will be able to tell you better than I would. Good luck.
