NAVIGATIONAL sysytem

Anyone know of a good aftermarket Navigational system for the 2005 altima 3.5sl.. Dealer could not locate a factory one when i purchased. Seems to me that there is room above the radio for the monitor to be installed. It is just a big empty storage space right now.
